How do you resolve this problem?

Support vehicles sometimes goes behind the aircraft and never moves in front. If I continue to taxi, it just stays there and doesn't move. It always happens at Flightbeam KDEN.

It's possible the AFCAD is made in a way that, calling the Follow Me from that position, is not possible to come from the front of the plane. Try to call it either when you are still on a runway, or when you are already on a taxiway closer to the rest of the layout.
