Service vehicles airborne at LGIR

Arrived at FSDG's LGIR (Heraklion) and requested a follow me car, when none arrived I went into slew mode and saw it about 200ft above the airport  :o
I then noticed that all the GSX service vehicles were at the same height yet the marshaller appeared to be at ground level.

From the log file GSX is loading \FSDG-Heraklion 1\scenery\AFX LGIR.BGL

Any suggestions to rectify this issue?

The floating vehicles has been discussed several times on the forum, and are caused by not having installed the June 1st FULL installer, which was mandatory, see here:
