HELP!!!! GSX Prepard3d V.3.3 no Menu **SOLVED**

Coutl settings, Coutl live update, GSX and addon manager are under Add-ons

But we cant get the GSX menu by clicking or pressing "any" keys.


We tried de- and reinstalling GSX Coutl and addon manager completly; restarting Coutl, rebuilding airport cache, disabling and enabling GSX

We also tried many different key mapping combinations. So success.

deleted  exe.xml and dll.xml.

reinstalled prepar3d content


request help via Teamviewer!!!

It's normal you wouldn't fix anything by reinstalling GSX, since the problem doesn't have anything to do with it.

This issue has been discussed so many times on the forum, for example here, in the thread named "GSX Doesn't work in my P3D V3.3.5":

It's a very well known P3D installation problem that, if you upgrade P3D using the "Client" installer, the files needed to support the new menu styles won't be installed, which results in ALL 3rd PARTY addons with a menu stop working, not just GSX, but also FS Passengers, SODE, and countless of other 3rd party apps that displays an in-game menu.

The issue can be fixed by installing the P3D "Content" or the P3D "Full" installer.

We reinstalled prepar3d content!

It makes a "dong" pls cut engines

when we cut off engines  there´s no menu.

I confirm the problem is fixed by installing the Content, which of course must be the latest version too. Try to Uninstall and Reinstall the latest Content, then Uninstall and Reinstall the latest Client.

OK LISTEN UP!,  i had this exact same problem.

steps:
1. Uninstall the content ( it is separate from all the other application P3D comes with, YOU WILL NOT LOSE ANYTHING)
2. Install the content with the newest update
3. Intsall the newest client
4. ENJOY!
