Aircraft Cones not placed correctly.

Hi,

I have a problem with placed aircraft cones as they are just under the aircraft and below engines...
How can I modify it please ?

I rarely fly big jets, but that layout looks designed to keep people away from a possibly running engine.

The cone supposed to be in front of the engine inlet not underneath it...
Obviously the layout is not correct
