GSX not recognizing new terminals

I have been using GSX for over a year now without any problems. Now suddenly when I park at an airport spot of an addon airport, GSX is nog recognizing the parking spot so I am not able to use it.
When it happens, it is mostly with a new terminal which was not standard in FSX.

Can someone help me?

Try the "Restart Couatl and rebuild airport cache" option from the Couatl - Settings menu.

No, it remains the same.
In the attachment you can find a picture showing the problem. As you can see the jetway is working good with Ctrl + J control but when I open the GSX Menu, it does not say that I am in a parking spot. So I am not able to use GSX.

You haven't replied to my question:

Check which AFCAD is used by GSX, using the parking customization option.

Checking the AFCAD won't magically fix the problem. It's just a way to understand WHICH AFCAD is causing the conflict.

Check which AFCAD is used by GSX, using the parking customization option.

The first lines of the GSX parking customization page will tell you the name of the AFCAD used by GSX.

That's the default one. Where's the addon AFCAD for that airport ? Is a self-contained file ? GSX won't work with files that only "add" things but are supposed to be used together with the default file.

You haven't replied to my other question:

Is a self-contained file ?

"Self-contained" means a file that contains the whole airport, not a file that just "add" new things to the default one but it's supposed to work together with it.

GSX only support self-contained files, it cannot use more than one AFCAD at the same time.

This is the download link.  This one is from Barcelona El Prat airport, But I have the same issue with several other airports
