Unable to install permanently

I have a PURCHASED copy of KIAH.  I have had cpu problems and have tried to reinstall the product. I do have the b/u reg to my HOME.  I have tried using the reg and the serial and comes up no good.  I have emailed support@virtualisoftware.com numerous times w/o a response.

You sent this email in July, and I clearly explained to you the reason why you cannot reactivate. I also replied to it today, copying that email. I haven't got any error messages back so, assuming your email works, you should have received them.
