issue with gsx vehicles

I just started having this issue with gsx and I am not sure how this happened never had this issue before.

Missing/Floating vehicles are caused because you applied the latest updates without paying attention to the release notes that, for the last major update, required to download the FULL GSX installer:

It doesn't make any difference. We would clearly said this (or have the installer prompting it) if uninstalling was required.
