Specific Boarding Times

Hi everyone
Is there a way I can set a specific boarding time for GSX that is standard for all aircraft and never changes? The value I would like is 25 minutes. If I have read the manual correctly, I should set the minimum boarding time to 25 minutes (in seconds!) and that will do it, but won't it be the case that boarding may take longer in some instances?

Or an even better option if it is possible...set the boarding time to something indefinite, and manually end the boarding myself.

Are either of these possible?

If you set an high minimum boarding time, and a *very* ( but NOT 0! ) low time for passenger, it should do exactly that.
