The vehicles in the sky in your first screen clearly indicates you haven't updated with the current full GSX installer.

If you are *sure* you have, it's likely you have additional liveries you made with the PaintKit, (or you downloaded the PaintKit and forgot about it), so you must install the updated PaintKit too.

Hi, after vehicles update at least the littel trucks are visible- but without carts. More tests to come...
