Purser voice volume too low

Hi,

How can I increase the volume of the purser/flight attendant , plus volume of voxkey responses ?

In my SIM, these voices are faint, so its cpvery anmoupyijg, not able to hear, what the response is.....

I don't understand what do you mean with "purser", and GSX surely doesn't have a flight attendant.
