No, there isn't, and it will wrong having it, because that one is not a "GSX Window", it's the standard Simconnect window menu that will be used by all 3rd party addons.
If we kept the menu always open, it would be unavailable for every other addon that might need it so, the correct behavior that every module that uses a menu should use, is to open the menu and close it as soon is done with it, so other addons can reuse it. There can be only one Simconnect menu open at any given time.
