You don't say which sim you use. If it's P3D 3.2, that's not a GSX problem, and there's a whole thread about this in this same section.

Are you sure you use the latest GSX ? Try to download the current full installer now.

I'm having the same issue with GSX and 3.2. Looked at the other thread and tried everything asked.  I uninstalled and reinstalled GSX using Windows Control Panel.  No luck.  Just plain reinstalled using the latest GSX install exe and allegedly have the most recent BGLMANX.dll in the P3D directory.  It is showing today'd date now and was showing a January date prior.  Still no luck.  Reinstalled P3D content using their install_content.msi file.  Still no luck.  Of course rebooted my Windows 10 system after each uninstall/install.  I get the "airport chace loaded successfully" message on startup.  Everything shows up in the add on menu, but ctrl-shift-F12 does not bring up the GSX menu.  Basically I can do everything with GSX like edit aircraft properties or enable/disable FSDT products, but I can't get the menu to request ground services or pushback.

I'm at a loss now.  Any ideas anyone?  I'm about at the point of trying to revert back to P3D 3.1.

Before saying it's the "same issue", do you have the SAME error in the log file as the OP ?

If you have THIS error, than you really have the same issue.

If not, and you JUST have the GSX menu not appearing when you press the GSX hotkey, than you have ANOTHER issue, which has been discussed a lot on the forum, it's NOT a GSX problem, and it's caused by the fact you updated to P3D 3.2 ONLY with the Client installer.

In order for 3rd party addons having their Simconnect menu working, you must also install the P3D CONTENT, not just the CLIENT. This is a P3D installation bug, because we think the standard menu should really be part of the Client installation, and it will affect any 3rd party addon with a menu.

Your problem is entirely different to the one reported here.

The problem reported here discusses a problem of the menu not opening, caused by the fact the P3D Client-only installation is missing the update to the menu system, so ANY 3rd party app with a menu won't work.

Your problem, instead, is an error message from GSX that indicates there was some kind of problem while using GSX. If you are sure you have the latest version, then the problem is not likely GSX, but something else.

Please open a new thread about this problem, because it's very confusing for everyone to read something mixed together in a thread that doesn't have anything to do with it.
