The whole deboarding procedure length depends on the plane weight, and can be configured in the GSX Settings.
But the baggage animation is fixed so, it's always the same number of bags loaded, but with a variable number of carts, depending on the estimated number of passengers on board, which is calculated by dividing the total station load of the plane by 220 lbs, which is the industry standard for a passenger + luggage.
