GSX air stairs problem
« on: January 30, 2016, 08:14:07 pm »
Hello,

I have a question. Why aren't the air stairs deploying? I'm using a freeware 767-300ER and 737-800 but the front air stairs don't deploy on either aircraft. I changed the settings so the jetway wasn't checked but it didn't work. Do I need to use a different keyboard command or is it something else?

Thank you for your help in advance.

If the parking has not jetways, there's no reason why front stairs wouldn't be visible, especially on a default plane, unless you tried to configure it, and made some kind of mistake (in that case, there's the option to RESET the config to default).

Note that, if you have your Scenery Complexity not high enough, it's possible you are not seeing a jetway, which IS there (at the higher complexity levels), so GSX won't call front stairs, because that parking HAS a jetway.
