This is not a complaint, just an FYI. The ACARS system used by one VA which I fly for does not recognize the push back by GSX, as the Out Time, but does if one uses Shift+P as a push back system. The ACARS system will run but will not compile Out, Off, On and In times will not send a report after landing and gate shutdown. Just a heads up.

That's not something you should report here, but to the developers of the program you use.

GSX publishes some variables that 3rd party developers can read to know about the state of all its services, and this have been already successfully used by some developers, to have their product interact with GSX, like MCE ( Multi Crew Experience ) so, if they contact us, we can explain how to read the status of all GSX services.
