Assuming you entered your email correctly and you entered the email you used to purchase the product, the email surely has been sent automatically, so if you are not receiving it, there must be a problem on your end.
It might have been mistakely filtered by an anti-spam filter, maybe one placed by your ISP which you might not have control over it.
