Hi,
I am having an issue with my GSX in KLAX. I am using FSX-SE platform, with PMDG 777-300ER, I am parked at ramp 41 (Which in real life maps to Terminal 4 B41 gate).
The afcad I am using is the one that came with klax installer.
Whenever I select request boarding, my fsx-se crashes.
This is what I have done:
While parked at gate 41 or 43, when selecting CTRL+F12 I get an error message saying aircraft is too small for ground operations. I then choose customize parking position from the toolbar and click on the airplane button beside "Max. allowed wingspan" which changes the value from 56m to 63m. After that whenever I request for boarding, or request for any fsx service my fsx-se hangs crashes on me.
