Doesn't happen here, nobody has reported it, and nothing in the update could have any effect on the automatic appearance of the fuel page.
GSX displays the fuel page automatically, unless the airplane has been configured to disable the default fuel page, either by the internal GSX database, or by your own custom configuration. Some airplanes in GSX has the fuel page disabled by default, because they come with their own custom loader pages, and you can check if this is the case (and change the setting, if you need to), with the GSX airplane configuration page. The option to display the default fuel page is on the bottom of the dialog box.
