GSX pushback not working or responding **SOLVED**

I updated the new GSX but now its not working. The ground crew says, hello captain were ready for pushback. but then its silence and nothing more is said been waiting a while now and nothing.

also at stand 32L EGSS you only have an option for straight pushback and nose right/ tail left and that puts you in the wrong direction, it should have nose left/ tail right.

You don't say:

- Which airplane you used

- Which airport you used

- Which gate you used

- Which direction you chose

Assuming this is another stand and another problem compared to the previous one (and if not, please clarify), the pushback preference is read from the scenery AFCAD so, if that direction ended up in the "wrong" direction (for example, the airplane with the nose facing a wall), that's an error of the scenery AFCAD, which of course you can override in the GSX parking customization dialog.

Default scenery ? Since you haven't said otherwise, I thought you mean default, but the default doesn't have any 37L stand, so you must use a 3rd party scenery so, please, clearly indicate which one.

If you have a case on a default airport, or an FSDT airport, try to indicate that one, which it's easier to test for us.

all stands, just been testing for over half hour. something has happened. will i reinstall?

Do you have the GSX Verbosity slider too low ? Maybe GSX is trying to tell you something, that you cannot see because you disabled all the warnings.

I asked to check if your Verbosity slider is too low, to be sure you are not missing messages GSX is telling you TODAY (with the new version) of a possible reason why it cannot start the Pushback, something that wasn't there in the previous version. So, please, try to reply to the question.

Got it working think it was the APU but i did have that on the busses before. not sure what happened. sliders where half way only important messages

Yes, that's why the parking customization dialog is used for: to override any settings found in the scenery AFCAD that might not be right or might be missing.
