How do I install GSX

Hello everyone
I bought the software GSX now, and I just got a serial Numbr them.
I download the software from the site, and it finishes installing the simulator shows an error in GSX, including not connect.

The software also does not give me a place to put the serial control Nmbr

What i do please ????

Please indicate the precise, exact text of the error message. In any case, such messages are usually the result of a firewall or antivirus program, that are preventing the install to download some files it needs to complete the installation.

Turn off all antivirus and/or firewall software during the installation.

It surely does. As explained in your purchase receipt:

Download and Install the Trial version
Launch Flight sim
Use the "Register Serial" function of the "Addon Manager" menu to activate your Serial Number, as shown below

First, many thanks for the quick response
Secondly, I will send you all the pictures with the responses I received the order numbers you see there

And of course I switched off all the software that would block

The message about the vehicles, it’s not a real problem, it only shows that either your default airport vehicles file was missing, or it wasn’t the original from Microsoft but might have been enhanced by some 3rd party add-on. In this case, the file won’t be patched. But this won’t cause any issue, other than possibly having two pushback truck at gate.

The other messages are entirely normal

The last message about FSDT PHNL being corrupted...it's something you surely should be able to figure it out, and it informs that you have installed files that don't belong to FSDT PHNL.
