runway guard lights not working at cyvr. Is this normal? I saw in klax they do work. Thanks

Ok, I always referred to them as Runway Holding Point lights...yes, they are static so, it's not a bug or a problem in your system, it's just they have been made that way. We'll keep it in mind as a suggestion for a possible future upgrade.
