one observation and a question.
1) the texture of building are very blur please check your graphics settings.
2) you have active the DX 10 preview?

Thanks very much James. Attached are additional shots from the ramp. I have DX 10 preview checked. I am not sure what I should check about my graphics settings. Could you be a little more specific?

Kord light have problem on night try to disable DX10 preview.

That has fixed the problem; I have the lights. But could you tell me what is the significance of disabling the DX 10 preview. What will be affected if I run this way?

DX 10 mode on FSX is only a preview, the only benefit is the minor impact on frame rate if the bloom effect is active.
