Runway 10C/28C

Has there been an update to the KORD scenery for this runway? It doesn't seem to be there in my scenery.

No, we updated it already once, but the airport is in constant change, so another update will be needed, hopefully this year, but likely after KLAS update, which also needs an updated terminal.
