If you prefer to use the forum, that's fine, but please don't post the same question twice on the two support avenues at your disposal.
As I already wrote you by email, there's seems to be a compatibility issue caused by the language you are using ( Turkish ).
Try to set the Regional settings in the Windows Control Panel to English, and see if it fixes the problem.
