It would be helpful if you said WHICH product you were referring to. AND/OR if you posted in the correct support section for it.
Assuming the product you are referring to is GSX, you can't find anything to open the doors, because GSX DOES NOT handle doors to begin with!
GSX will only CHECK if the doors are open before starting a service, but you are supposed to open or close them as you always did, which can change depending if the airplane it's a default one (or a 3rd party one with standard doors commands), or a 3rd party airplane that might have its own systems to operate doors, either with a gauge, or a menu, or a custom keystroke.
