There are always plans to support each and every build of every supported sim, just like we usually take maximum 1 day to support each and every P3D build that comes out, and of course there's no difference for the FSX:SE.
That build you are referring to, is still considered a Beta, and is not downloaded automatically, unless you choose to join the open beta program so, I'd say it's a bit premature to expect we would already support it, since it might also change again before the final release.
So yes, it will be supported, as soon as it will be released officially.
