DLL.XML , please help me...

Hi guys
after installed the addon manager, FSX won't start
I attach my .xml files.

This doesn't have anything to do with the Addon Manager, or with your XML files. It has already obviously discussed, in a sticky thread in this same section, so that nobody would miss it:

Thanks Umberto, but FSX won't start.
In Control Panel, i disinstalled GSX, the Addon Manager and the Couatl script engine.
I reinstalled GSX with antivirus off and then configured the antivirus to exclude bglmanx.dll and couatl.exe.
FSX:in Adminstrator mode without any compatibility
UAC:off
DEP:off
Publisher:digital signatures ok
Bglmanx property:ok
Simconnect diagnostic:no error

If i remove from  DLL.XML :

<Launch.Addon>
    <Name>Addon Manager</Name>
    <Disabled>False</Disabled>
    <ManualLoad>False</ManualLoad>
    <Path>bglmanx.dll</Path>
  </Launch.Addon>

and from XML.EXE :

 <Launch.Addon>
    <Name>Couatl</Name>
    <Disabled>False</Disabled>
    <ManualLoad>False</ManualLoad>
    <Path>fsdreamteam\couatl\couatl.exe</Path>
  </Launch.Addon>

then, FSX start!
I'm starting to go crazy...

Why are you keep insisting on your XML files, when I clearly wrote:
