Sure there is, if you edit the airplane configuration with the included editor, and set a door as "Door without open/close checks", GSX won't wait for a door to be opened or closed to start or end a service.
Of course, this will have the side effect that, if you don't open a door, you'll see crew and luggage passing through the airplane bulkheads, which is the main reason why GSX check for the doors in the first place...
It won't let me push and start unless all services completed...
This won't change at all, even if you ignore the checks. You will still have to wait for services to be completed in order to depart, the only difference is that you will not have to open/close doors.
But if you don't want to wait for services to be completed, isn't easier just not asking for that service ? Do you know that you can also adjust the timing it takes for a service to be completed ?
