Could not find valid AFCAD Data , services not available

Your LOG shows your boot drive is full, so the cache cannot be recreated, and nothing works, basically.

The GSX cache it's just a few hundreds of KB so, if you are getting such error, it means you are already VERY low on hdd space, and it's a miracle Windows even starts...
