Yesterday I bought Airports KIAD, KPHX, KDEN at Flightbeam on PC Aviator!
First thing, DO NOT use any Download you got from PC Aviation. Chances are they are outdated, download the latest installers from Flightbeam.
If I try the others I get a message to first start the airport before giving in the serial and then It won't activate!
If would be best if you said the precise, exact, text of this message, because it doesn't look it has anything to do with the scenery, I don't recall anything similar to this message ever being displayed and, since I wrote both the installers and the module that handles the activation...
But the airport is running in FSX!

Addon Manager is updated!
It obviously is...since it's being downloaded automatically by the installer, you can't get an old version by mistake.
What can I do?
Activate the other sceneries in exactly the same way you activated KIAD: using the "Register Serial" function of the Addon Manager. This will work in ANY CASE, even if you don't have the scenery installed, that's why I fail to understand what your message was about, since the Serial Number, if inserted correctly, will always be accepted, even if the scenery is not installed yet.
