2 Stage Pushback

Hi All,

Was just wondering, now that we have customisable pushback in GSX, whether a 2 stage pushback is possible?
Eg. At KSFO gates A2 to A8, Aircraft are pushed back into the 2 hard stands behind the gates and then pulled forwards to the taxi line, see links.

I understand at other airports a similar procedures are used especially in cul-de-sacs and at others aircraft are even towed into the gate (LAX and JFK spring to mind)

Also, would it be possible to continue refuelling whilst passenger boarding?  Refuelling can take some time and is often completed during boarding, especially during tight turn arounds at outstations.

Push and Pull is not supported, but it's being considered for a future version.

Refueling with passengers and a fuel truck is considered to be risky, and it's required that fire brigade will be contacted and alerted so, in case a future GSX version will have emergency vehicles, it this might be possible to simulate this.
