Don't understand you. I haven't said you had an installation problem, and you could fix it by uninstalling.

I've said that, if you use filter categories correctly, it's possible to reduce clutter a lot. Your screenshot shows you haven't turned off much, my screenshot shows a very different situation, perhaps you should try to turn off everything first, then work your way up turning on stuff one of a time, until you find the right setting for the area you are flying.

The POI density changes *dramatically* depending on the area, so you just can't have a setting that works everywhere.
