front staiway

I am using the PMDG777 at VTBD Bangkok Intl gate 101 and the front stairway will not raise up to the door. I used the configure aircraft and got good settings but it will not raise!

You shouldn't customize it to begin with, since the airplane is supported internally by GSX so, first thing to try, is to discard your customization, and see if it works by default.

I have the same issue. The only thing I changed was to remove Entry 1L so that GSX would only ask for 2L.

As I've said: first thing to try, is to discard your customization, and see if it works by default.
