3GB patch question
« on: September 24, 2008, 07:07:43 pm »
Just to make sure I understand this correctly.........I now have KJFK,KORD,LSZH all working ok. I am using FS9.1 with the original fs9.exe. If I apply the 3GB patch, all I will have to do is redownload all 3 FSDT sceneries, and the d/l will choose the correct installer for my setup?

Thanks!

Rick

You don't need to do anything. The current version is compatible with the 3GB patch. The only time you need to re-run the installer, is if you switch from a nocd version of the FS9.EXE to an original FS9.EXE

To eliminate OOM errors for XP users. Actual results may vary, so I strongly suggest to read AVSIM forums before apply this patch. AES-related CTDs are almost 99% guaranteed.
