My specs are Core I5 4670K, GTX 760 OC, 8GB RAM, 2TB HDD
Im wondering what are the best settings in the FSDT manager for the best FPS. Whether it be 30 FPS or 20-30 FPS.
I also have Los Angeles cities X installed also.
Should I set my frames externally or internally ?
