GSX Couatl.err

Please help. I bought GSX today. But FSX takes error window. After uninstall GSX and STAND-ALONE-MANAGER and again install FSX again takes error window. Please help me!  :-[ :-[

The most important part of that message, was to check your Couatl.err file for details, and the message pointed you the actual location in your system. Please post it.

I'm sorry, but we don't have any explanation for that error. It happens to a couple of users (out of many thousands) and we still can't replicate it in any way. The more likely explanation, might be that your system is overloaded by too much stuff, but that's just a theory. It might be caused by a conflict of another add-on that we don't know about.

You might try disabling ALL non-FSDT modules in your %APPDATA%\DLL.XML and %APPDATA%\EXE.XML files. Edit the XML files with a text editor like Notepad, and change all the lines that reads:

<Disabled>False</Disabled>

Into this:

<Disabled>True</Disabled>

Do it for every addon, EXCEPT bglmanx.dll in the DLL.XML file, and Couatl.exe in the EXE.XML file.

Also, if you start FSX from another add-on, don't do it. Always start FSX from its own icon.
